All leasing and background/credit checks are done online with cozy.com. We do not charge an application fee, but cozy.com will charge you a fee to submit the background and credit check to us. This is typically under $50. Through cozy.com you will submit your application and background checks, after that, assuming all goes well, you will be invited though cozy.com to pay your deposits. Deposits include security and one months rent. Once deposits are received a lease will be sent to you electronically for signatures. 

Rent is paid online via cozy.com. This is the same website that you will apply though and conduct your background/credit checks. 

You take care of the yard, but we will mow the grass for you. This way you don’t need to own and maintain a lawn mower. This service only includes cutting the grass, it does not include picking up leaves or any other lawn care items, however these can be ordered. 

Security deposit is typically $100 less than one months rent. So if your rent is $1500, security is $1400. Fully refundable pet deposits are typically $150 per pet.
